Risk disclosure

Trading futures, forex and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than you deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Everything on this site, in my emails, videos and products is general education and personal opinion. None of it is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract or currency. It isn't tailored to anyone's situation. I am not a registered investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, introducing broker or futures commission merchant. Make your own decisions, and consult a licensed professional if you need advice.

CFTC Rule 4.41: hypothetical and simulated performance

HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.

Prop-firm evaluation accounts and most funded accounts are simulated trading environments. Any results I show from them are hypothetical in this sense, including payouts, which depend on each firm's rules.

Earnings and results

Any trading results, payouts, watch sale prices or other numbers I share are my own, specific to that time and situation, and not typical. They are not a promise or prediction of what you will earn. Most people who trade lose money, and most people who attempt prop-firm evaluations do not pass. Buying a course or following my content does not mean you will make money.

Testimonials, if I publish any, reflect one person's experience and are not typical. If someone was compensated or received a free product, that will be disclosed with the testimonial.

Affiliate links and sponsorships

Some links on this site, in videos and in emails are affiliate links, including prop-firm discount codes and flight or watch gear. If you buy through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. They're labeled "affiliate link" where they appear. Sponsored content is labeled "sponsored." I only link products I use or would use, but you should evaluate them yourself.

Refunds

Digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. If a course isn't right for you, email hello@iamtreaddison.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email, and you'll get a full refund to your original payment method. After 14 days, sales are final. Refunds remove access to the product. Free products have nothing to refund.

Privacy

This site doesn't use advertising cookies or sell your data. What's collected and by whom:

  • Email signups are stored by Kit (kit.com), my email provider, to send you the emails you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which receives your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy. I see your name, email and what you bought.
  • Video embeds load from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube's policies apply when you play a video.
  • Hosting is by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) to serve and protect the site.

To have your data deleted, unsubscribe from any email or write to hello@iamtreaddison.com.

Content on this site and in my products is copyrighted by Tre Addison. A course purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. Don't share logins, resell, or redistribute the videos or PDFs. The site and products are provided as-is, and to the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for trading losses or other damages from using them. These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA.
